Welcome to Abersoch Sailing Club!

Abersoch Sailing Club is a new sailing club set up by dinghy sailors, for dinghy sailors.

Run off the golden sands of Abersoch Beach, the club aims to promote, develop and enhance dinghy sailing in Abersoch and get people on the water enjoying sailing!

Whether you wish to learn to race, are an avid club racer or a seasoned Olympian, ASC has something to offer you. Our sailing programme operated from late July to the August Bank Holiday Weekend and is developed around the weekends. Our courses are short and simple with the results are based off average lap times making racing more accessible to novice racers whilst allowed the seasoned racers to get their fix. In addition to the weekend series, we offer mid-week racing as well as the popular junior race training session held every Monday morning in August.

ASC is run purely by volunteers and is the main reason we are able to keep our membership costs so low. We are always looking for volunteers to support the clubs activities. If you enjoy helping out on the patrol boats (minimum PB 2 required) or want to learn more about race management or mark laying, ASC can help you develop your skills and interests in the different areas of sailing.

We believe if all members can give a little back to the club, it will be a fantastic, thriving place to sail.
