ASC are looking forward to kicking off the season with the May Bank Holiday Series this coming weekend!

2023 SAILING PROGRAMME

Champagne sailing out on the water for midweek racing 👌☀️

It has been a slow start to the season with the weather not being on our side. But fear not - there is still plenty more sailing to come! Here are a couple dates for your diary:

Awesome racing out in the bay today! We saw some close racing and have a three way tie for the lead going into Sunday. Bring it on 😁⛵

Alice is currently on her way to represent ASC at the RS Tera Worlds, hosted by WPNSA as part of the RS Games. With 126 competitors from 11 countries in the main fleets, and 18 in the Regatta fleet, competition will be a further step up for her. She will be well supported by mum Katherine and the rest of the Midlands RS Tera Squad but her quest will be for learning and experience, rather than glory. The UK Class is providing Regatta Support for those seeking it, with practice sails, a daily brief and de-brief, as well as on the water assistance and between racing coaching. But it is suspected that her main focus will be on the excellent social programme, and seeking out the delicious Rolly's Brownies made locally by a Moth sailing friend of her dad John...
